2. Sri Devathathan Asanas for General Health
Given below are 18 asanas for general good health and we will call it as Sri Devathaththan Asanas in the name of Sri Devathaththan who is the first saint in the ancestry of Sri Thrirumoolar. Any one above age 7 can practice these asanas. It would take one hr to complete these asanas. Pl make sure to practice breathing exercises (Naadhi Sudhi) to a minimum of 15 mins after practicing these asanas. This is the set of asanas I have been practicing for more than 15 years and I know what it can do to our physical and mental health. I fall on the lotus feet of Srila Sri Devathaththan and Srimathi.
