2. Uthitha Padhasana - 3 sets
3. Uthishta Padhasana - 3 sets
4. Uthishta Pradipadhasana - 3 sets
5. Uthishta Bandhasana - 3 sets
6.Uthishta Ubanga Bandhasana - 3 sets
7. Patchmiosthasana - 5 sets
8. Sarvangasana - 15 Mins
9. Oivasana - 5 Mins
2. Uthitha Padhasana - 3 sets
3. Uthishta Padhasana - 3 sets
4. Uthishta Pradipadhasana - 3 sets
5. Uthishta Bandhasana - 3 sets
6.Uthishta Ubanga Bandhasana - 3 sets
7. Patchmiosthasana - 5 sets
8. Sarvangasana - 15 Mins
9. Oivasana - 5 Mins
After performing the set of Asanas, practice the following Kumbagam Pranayama. 36 Kumbagam Pranayama need to be practiced on daily basis
1. Close your left nostril with left hand Thumb finger
2. Hold your right nostril with your left hand middle finger
3. Breathe in through the right nostril for 5 counts
4. Close your right nostril with the left hand middle finger and hold your breathe for 20 counts
5. Release the left nostril and breathe out for 10 counts
6. Breathe in through the left nostril for 5 counts
7. Close your left nostril and hold your breathe for 20 counts
8. Release your right nostril
9. Breathe out for 10 counts.
When you complete all the 9 steps, you have completed one Kumbagam pranayama. Every day 36 such Pranayamas have to completed and in 30 days 1008 number of Pranayamas have to be completed. You can do 18 Pranayamas in the morning and 18 in the evening.

9. Breathe out for 10 counts.
